The Advanced Management Program for Executives has trained several generations of leaders over the last 75 editions, is the result of the cutting-edge investigation at CATÓLICA-LISBON, and is an intense, unique, and immersive experience for leaders in Portugal.
Its objective is to ensure that participants receive solid management training from exceptional teaching staff who provide them with the tools and "vocation" to manage their organizations in an increasingly complex and fast-paced environment.

Entrepreneurs, managers and senior staff of companies and other organizations, with or without an academic background in Management, who intend to gain an understanding in, or enhance or update their knowledge of Management from a global perspective.
In its ongoing search to adapt its training offer to the new trends, Católica-Lisbon developed an innovative approach for Management that will be displayed in PAGE.

Participants will have a briefing section with an invited company, with real data and challenges, to develop adequate solutions. The Bootcamp takes place in a residential format, over an intense weekend of learning, network and constant challenges.
In a residential format, participants will go through a set of activities that focus on leadership and personal branding, from practical public presentation techniques and tools to the development of a "personal showcase" and role-play exercises.
These are 1,5 hours workshops, that will take place once a quarter, focused on subjects pre-selected by PAGE participants. Participants from PAGE previous editions have free attendance at these workshops.
Each PAGE edition will have a business visit that will be combined with one of the modules, aiming the integration between the modules subjects and the reality of organizations of reference.

This program will be taught in Portuguese.
Classes: Fridays, from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Duration: 6 months | total of 162 hours
